Why is medical gas tube different from standard copper tube?
EN 13348 limits the amount of carbon and oil residues left on the inner surface of the tube; the tubes are delivered cleaned, with their ends capped. This standard is required for medical gas installations.
What are the designations for Cu-DHP?
Cu-DHP: EN CW024A, DIN 2.0090, UNS C12200, BS C106. Any of these designations can be used in your enquiry; we will match the correct material.
Why can the invoiced weight differ from the calculated weight?
The calculator gives the theoretical weight. The actual weight varies with dimensional tolerances and cutting allowance; we invoice on the actual weight as weighed.
