CUCRZR ROD

Point Metal CuCrZr (C18150) alloy rods are critical components of modern resistance welding. Due to the Chromium and Zirconium alloy, they offer a much higher softening temperature (500°C) and superior hardness (min 150 HB) compared to standard copper, allowing electrode tips to maintain their shape under high pressure and heat. With 80-85% IACS conductivity, our products reduce cycle times in robotic lines and extend maintenance periods. Manufactured to high standards (YS/T 584) for automotive, appliances, and aerospace.
