Point Metal CuSn12 (CC483K) is one of the highest tin content bronze alloys, optimized for extreme wear and cavitation resistance. Produced to EN 1982 norms, it is an unrivaled solution for worm gears, heavy-duty bearings, and high-torque shafts. With a hard metallurgical structure, it maintains its shape under variable loads due to high fatigue strength. It shows excellent resistance to seawater and chlorinated environments. Our centrifugal cast CuSn12 is supplied with 100% spectrometric analysis and certification.
