Point Metal CuCoNiBe (CW103C) Busbars are strategically important in plastic molding and resistance welding with their balance of medium hardness (220-260 HB) and high conductivity (45-50% IACS). Produced to ASTM B441 and EN 12163, they offer high strength despite lower Beryllium content. Used as cooling inserts in plastic molds to reduce cycle times by rapidly dissipating heat. Also preferred in robotic welding calipers and seam wheels for maintaining stability under high currents. Shipped with full analysis and hardness reports.
