Point Metal CuCo2Be (CW104C) Busbars are known for their ability to maintain strength at high temperatures, mainly used in heavy industrial spot welding and transformer outputs. Produced to ASTM B441 and EN 12163 norms. High conductivity (50-55% IACS) minimizes arc formation in high voltage switchgear. 200-240 HB hardness ensures long life in seam welding wheels and electrode holders. The material's homogeneity controls thermal expansion under high current, ensuring stability.
