Point Metal CuSn11P (Phosphor Bronze) is an alloy class that maximizes hardness and fatigue resistance through phosphorus addition. Produced to EN 1982 CC481K, it combines springiness, high wear resistance, and low friction, specifically designed for heavy-load bearings. Its fine-grained microstructure ensures smooth surface finishing in CNC processes. It resists cavitation in hydraulic systems and provides high reliability for marine propeller shafts and automotive transmission washers.
