Point Metal CuAl11Fe6Ni6 (CC334G) is the highest mechanical grade in the aluminum bronze family. Reaching 230 HB hardness, it is developed for heavy industrial apps requiring friction and impact resistance under high loads. Used as an alternative to steel in press molds and heavy valves, it protects systems by dissipating friction heat. We offer centrifugal cast and forged options ensuring pore-free structures and high dimensional stability.
